Young Women on the  Rize, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization established in 2006.  This
organization started with a vision from one woman.  This woman was influenced by her great-great grandmother, her great grandmother, her grandmother and her mother who illuminated and transformed her ideology.  In order to continue the legacy of these women, this organization was formed to take other women onto a journey by providing entrepreneurism for our future young women with soaring spirits.  The organization will make every effort to empower, and encourage young women towards entrepreneurship by focusing on further advancement in creating sessions pertaining to the start of their own business. In addition, handouts will be given out on understanding the basic concept of  pursuing self interest.

YWR believes strongly in implementing reaching one, teaching one by contributing various talent to strengthen many Bronx communities. YWR organization seeks to fill a palpable void by supporting and embracing entrepreneurialism among young women.  This organization offers a more personalized atmosphere.  The young women in this organization will learn the step by step process of starting up a business and the crucial importance of maintaining a business. Our programs emcompass these young women to understand how vital it is to their own business, building a network of leaders.

This organization is on a voyage to include many individuals who believe that small businesses are important. YWR will aim to mainstream these young women toward becoming entrepreneurs while they embrace our services .
